Senior Practitioner - Emotional Health

We are looking for someone who is passionate and proactive to implement and manage the EMHP (Educational Mental Health Practitioner) programme in the Bailiwick.  Liaising with Education and Health to ensure effective models and practice of support in schools for young people’s emotional health and wellbeing. 

EMHP’s will work primarily with young people in secondary schools, providing low-intensity interventions for anxiety, depression or behavioural difficulties and parents of primary school aged children. The service also offers a wide variety of workshops, groups and wider activities as part of a whole school approach to mental health.

Senior Youth Work Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Youth Worker who will work with children and young people aged 8-17 years. The role will involve providing youth work across a range of settings (youth clubs, schools, outreach and one to one work) throughout the community.

 

This post will also have oversight of a team of youth workers or additional projects working towards the Youth Commission’s vision.
